Research On The Contradiction Between The Demand And Supply Of Community Home-based Old-age Care Service In Sanyuanli Street Of Guangzhou And Its Countermeasures

With the continuous development of economy and the continuous progress of society,the aging trend of population in our country becomes more and more serious,the problems of disability and nesting become more and more serious,and the contradiction between supply and demand of the old-age service in our country is becoming more and more serious.The increasing demand for the old-age service can not only be guaranteed by several traditional old-age service models,but also the supply system of the old-age service can not only be borne by a single main body of the old-age service.In addition to the advantages of family and institutional pension,community home pension also has incomparable unique advantages.And this old-age model also emphasizes the collective responsibility of the family,the state and the society to the elderly groups,so it is more and more affected by the old age group.A wide range of attention.At present,community home pension service has become the mainstream old-age mode,and increasing the supply of community home pension service has also become the only way to the reform of the old-age service.On the basis of reading related literature and concept theory,this paper uses questionnaire method and interview method to analyze the present situation and achievements of elderly people living in Sanyuanli street in Guangzhou.It can be seen from the analysis that at present,the growth rate of resident population in Sanyuanli Street is decreasing year by year,but the elderly population is in a state of continuous and rapid growth,and the problem of the aging of Sanyuanli Street is rather serious.The demand for home-based pension services continues to increase.Based on demand,Sanyuanli streets have increased the supply of home-based old-age care,including basic old-age care services,including health-care services,basic care Old service,spiritual comfort service and volunteer team service,entity assistance service,etc.Hardware facilities are also more comprehensive,the government has also given some support,to a certain extent,to meet the needs of the elderly home pension,but there is still a shortage of supply.The main reasons for the contradiction between the demand and supply of home-aged service in Sanyuanli street are the weak supply base,thehindrance of work development,the low standardization of service,the insufficient working validity,the lack of effective communication between the supply and demand sides,and the low work efficiency.Therefore,the streets of Sanyuanli,Guangzhou,should consolidate the supply base,ensure the smooth development of the work,strengthen the supply dynamics,and improve the efficiency and firmness of the supply.In order to solve the contradiction between supply and demand of home-based old-age service in Sanyuanli street,to improve the quality of old-age service and to meet the needs of the elderly,we should enhance the long-term and effective interaction between supply and demand,enhance the vitality of service center work.The research in this paper has important reference value for improving the level and quality of home care service in Sanyuanli street and other domestic communities.
