Research On Social Organizations To Participate In Community Governance Countermeasure Of Binhu District Of Wuxi City

Along with the increasing pace of urbanization, the development of economy and society and the continuing advancement of comprehensively deepen reform , the social management is faced with a series of new tasks and new problems. Facing with the increasingly complicated and diversified social demands, the traditional government centralized management model is no longer adapt to the development. It has become an important subject to the social management of how to transform the government function, innovate the social managing mechanism and stimulate the vitality of all social subject.As a major undertaker of the transformation of the government functions in the grass-roots level, social organization is an important part in the community organization system and an important support of community management and service. It plays an irreplaceable role in community governance and social management. On the base of a large number of domestic and foreign research review, this paper takes Binhu district of Wuxi as an example. It analyzes the present situation of how do the social organizations do in participating in the community governance. It summarizes the imperfection that exists in the policy system and the lack of the consciousness of the residents to participate. It analyzes from three aspects:the aspects of government, social organization and residents crowd. In order to put forward scientific and rational thought and method,it takes out effective suggestions and countermeasures. Hope we can have a win-win situation of social organizations and residents.
