Study On The Participation Of Social Organizations In Community Governance In Liangxi District Of Wuxi City

With the deepening of the reform of the market economy system and the gradual disintegration of the "unit system",more and more "units" have entered the community as "community people",so it is particularly important to do a good job of community governance.However,as the main body of community governance,the service provided by the government can only start from the common needs and can not provide the individual suit.As the most grass-roots organization of the government,the community is responsible for a large number of administrative affairs.The community can only ensure that the regular community governance work is normal under the condition of lack of manpower.Therefore,the problem of government or lack of community governance,or the excessive intervention on community governance will be more prominent.The Liang Xi District of Wuxi was established in 2015.It is composed of three central urban areas.There are 156 communities.It needs a wide range of people and different types.It is difficult to do community governance by government power only.Therefore,the Liang Xi District introduces a professional social group to promote the rapid development of local grass roots organization and play the social group.The role of the fabric,through the purchase of services,supervision services and other ways to drive social organizations to participate in community governance.Through the supervision of the social organizations,the professional training of the social workers,the classification and management of service projects,so that social organizations actively participate in the community governance,Community residents provide quality,efficient,targeted services.Through the cultivation and guidance in recent years,social organizations in Liangxi District have developed vigorously,bringing good effects to the community governance in Liangxi District,such as the service projects such as"people's imperial history","adjacent bell network" and so on carried out by social organizations.So that the original community of contradictions or hidden dangers have been well resolved,and brought about the butterfly effect,other work in the community is also supported by the majority of residents.In recent years,these communities have been "harmonious community","the most beautiful community" and other honorary titles.This paper takes several cases of social organization participation in community governance in Liangxi District of Wuxi City as the research object,through the community,social organization,The concept of community goyernance is re-studied to analyze the changes of community governance brought about by the participation of social organizations in the community governance,and to find the existing problems at the same time.By analyzing the cases of advanced urban social organizations participating in community governance in China and studying the advanced experience of foreign social organizations in community governance,this paper analyzes the reasons for the insufficiency of social organizations in Liangxi district in community governance.And from the government level,social organizations themselves and the participation of residents in the perspective of targeted recommendations and Opinions to promote the better development of social organizations.With the diversity demand of social development and the precision demand of community service,more and more professional social organizations participate in community governance,which has become an important model for building a well-off society in an all-round way in our country.It is an important force for the government to participate in the innovation of community governance.It plays an irreplaceable role in meeting the needs of residents,reflecting interests,promoting social harmony and stimulating social vitality.
