The people's Congress system is a fundamental political system of China,the NPC is the highest organ of State power in China.NPC main terms of reference are considered,voting,elections,proposals,questions,thematic research,contacting voters,participating in group activities.However in reality,the national people's Congress's duty also has some problems,mainly for delegates to the national people's Congress considered lack of inadequate exercise interpellation rights;the recall exercise a mere formality;proposal levels needs to be improved;delegates are not enthusiastic about,participation in inspections,investigation of lack,listen to the opinions of lack of initiative.NPC main causes of performance problems came from deputies to the individual level and the existing legislative system in two ways.Individual level is mainly inadequate awareness of some representatives of the delegates to the national people's Congress,representatives of lack of capacity;system level regarding the electoral system,conference system,the duties of supervision and restraint mechanism,daily mechanism,and many other factors.In order to change any of the above problems,mainly tries different angles to the NPC duty effectively put forward the corresponding countermeasures.Mainly from improved NPC Deputy structure and perfecting the NPC representative election system,improved system of national people's Congress session of the Congress and widen the daily duty of the NPC channel sound deputies on duty supervising mechanism,improve the mechanism of NPC Deputies on duty to protect;deputies allied to explore improved 7.Hope for improvement of the national people's Congress's duty to provide modest draw.To better protect the expression of people's interests and rights.
