Research On The Performance Of Duties Of Deputies To The Grassroots People's Congress In My Country

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China's democratic and legal system has been continuously improved,and public democratic awareness and enthusiasm for political participation have been increasing.At present,China is in a period of economic and social transformation,and there are certain social contradictions.As a member of the state power organs,the NPC deputies play an extremely important role in participating in the management of state and social affairs and safeguarding the fundamental interests of the people.At the same time,some representatives in the process of performing their duties,because they themselves do not understand the rights and obligations of the representatives,resulting in such problems in the actual performance of their duties.To a certain extent,it has affected the performance of the representative's performance and restricted the role of the representative.It must be highly valued and carefully studied to solve it.Therefore,it is very important to study the problems and countermeasures in the performance of local people's congress representatives.In view of the problems in the performance of local people's congress representatives,this paper takes the actual performance of the deputies of Dalian Municipal People's Congress as an example.Through the investigation of the performance of the deputies of the deputies of Dalian Municipal People's Congress,the representative theory is used to compare the rights and obligations of the NPC deputies prescribed by law.Focus on analyzing the problems that local people's congress representatives have in the process of performing their duties.This article begins with the status quo of the performance of the deputies of the Dalian People's Congress.It is found that the problems that the NPC deputies have in the actual performance of their duties,from the root cause to the exploration of the performance of their duties,are due to problems in the performance of their duties,or problems in their performance duties.And analyze the cause of the problem,and summarize it.The study believes that the rights of the representatives of the Dalian People's Congress in the performance of their duties are representative of the weak sense of performance,the quality of the representative's suggestion,the formalization of the representative group activities during the people's congress,the right to inquiry and the right to question are actually represented.The work is in the form;the problem of the obligation existing in the performance of the duties is that the enthusiasm for the performance of the duties is not high,the representatives contact the voters are not active,do not attach importance to participating in the representative activities during the intercessional period,violate the integrity and self-discipline,and engage in malpractices.In response to the above problems,the article puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the ability of local people's congress representatives to perform their duties.In terms of the right to perform duties: it is necessary to improve the representative election system,introduce a competitive mechanism,strengthen the training of representative knowledge systems,enhance the ability of representatives to perform their duties,improve the system of representation of representatives,improve the performance system of representatives,and strengthen the system of performance of representative duties;In terms of performance duties: improve the performance of representative service,provide necessary material security for the performance of duties,improve the quality of representatives,enhance the ability of representatives to perform their duties,increase the performance of representatives' performance,improve the supervision mechanism of representatives,and inspire representatives Performance motivation.Make sure the representative performs well.Through the implementation of the above measures,the Dalian Municipal People's Congress will provide a good environment for better performance in accordance with the law.
