This kind of city government shows the entrepreneurial spirit of governance model, which scholars call "urban entrepreneurialism". China's reform and opening up and Western European countries, urban governance turned almost the same period, therefore, when the concept of urban entrepreneurialism into China, the domestic scholars to do the relevant research, although the name translation and use of differences, but for the core The idea of understanding is consistent.In this context, this paper discusses the understanding of urban and urban entrepreneurship in China and the West, studies the understanding and understanding of urban entrepreneurship by Chinese urban scholars, and summarizes the common development strategies of urban entrepreneurialism in China: urban marketing, urban renewal Planning with the old city, the development zone or the new city space. At the same time, according to the concept of western urban entrepreneurialism and the background of China's reform and opening up, this paper analyzes and studies the urban entrepreneurialism in order to clarify the concrete operation of urban enterprise management mode according to the actual case of Chengdu's development.Through the analysis of the actual case in Chengdu, it is found that the urban enterprise governance model has also raised the problems of social spatial differentiation and lack of public participation while improving the economic development ability and urban appearance. On this basis,the author made the corresponding improvement measures.
