| As China’s economic goals have changed from rapid growth to high-quality,sustainable development,the concepts and goals of urban renewal have also changed.From the "three old transformations" of the big demolition and reform,to the "embroidery" of micro transformations,we can find that urban renewal is no longer a simple and rough renovation of the old city,but more attention to the political and economic above the physical space carrier,Cultural,social and ecological integration,all stakeholders participate in the space governance.This article takes Guangzhou,the pilot city of national and Guangdong urban renewal,as an example.Based on the four dimensions of the SFIC collaborative governance model,Starting Conditions,Facilitative Leadership,Institutional Design and Collaborative Process,combined with the actual situation of urban renewal in Guangzhou,we have discovered The problem of spatial governance in the process of urban renewal in Guangzhou.Aiming at the four issues of weak cooperation foundation,lack of leadership,misalignment of system design,and detuning of the collaboration process in the governance process,relevant assumptions were proposed based on the SFIC collaborative governance model,and then questionnaire surveys and data analysis were carried out to make assumptions.After verification,the key factors affecting the governance results were found.Finally,strategies and suggestions for improving the effectiveness of the spatial governance of Guangzhou’s urban renewal were put forward from the four aspects of optimizing the basis of cooperation,strengthening leadership,improving system regulations,and improving the collaboration process. |
