Research On The Policy Of Struggling Against Corruption Of Kazakhstan

Corruption has always been the problem that the government must face when it govern the country.Throughout the history of human civilization,corrupt governance can be said that never stopped.Kazakhstan,as the second largest country after Russia of the CIS countries,tremendous changes have taken place in society since independence,overall national strength has also been enhanced.What behind these changes is the joint efforts of Kazakhstan,it is also the achievements of Kazakhstan's Government.However,corruption in Kazakhstan is very serious.Since the early days of independence of political transition,the Government of Kazakhstan did not focus on the policy of corruption.this laissez-faire of corruption in Kazakhstan to a certain extent.So,it leaded to the aissez-faire of corruption in Kazakhstan.Thus,after entering the new century,breeding corruption of Kazakhstan finally made the government realize the seriousness of the problem and it began to establish the legal and institutional anti-corruption.From this point,the phenomenon of corruption in Kazakhstan got a certain degree of containment.But corrupt governance still needs great efforts,the government needs to continue to persist.As Kazakhstan neighboring China,in the field of corruption governance also has its own experiences and characteristics.Especially in recent years,the Chinese government's anti-corruption governance has made great achievements,and have a profound impact in the international arena.This article will compare the corruption in governance policies of the two countries,and analyze the Kazakhstan-corruption policy governance deficiencies exist,then draw inspiration that Chinese government policy of controlling corruption to Kazakhstan,and gives recommendations.We hope that the Government of Kazakhstan to learn from other country in this area of governance corruption and ultimately for their own use,to build a clean and honest social atmosphere.
