Study On The Laws And Regulations Of Occupational Safety And Health Of Construction Engineering In China

In recent years,the construction industry has become a pillar industry in our country,and plays an important role in the economy and people's livelihood.The construction of large-scale construction projects,leading to the construction industry continued to soar,to 2016,the country engaged in the construction industry to reach more than 50 million.Such a large number of practitioners,coupled with the industry's own high risk characteristics,making the issue of occupational health and safety issues increasingly prominent.The complete legal system of occupational safety and health plays an important role in standardizing the construction activities.However,China's current occupation safety and health law system(hereinafter referred to as the system)is not perfect,in architecture,there are levels of confusion,unclear logic etc.,in law,there are categories of missing,text conflict etc.,in the technique of legislation there are still many irregularities.This leads to the construction of occupational safety and health related laws in China has not fully and effectively play its role.In this paper,by analyzing the current construction of occupation health and safety law system,and analyzes the domestic and foreign construction engineering safety and health laws and regulations,existing occupation safety and health in recent years in the construction industry,and from the angle of countermeasures corresponding laws and regulations.This paper mainly adopts literature method and comparative analysis method,the system of China is studied,in addition to introduction and conclusion,is divided into five parts:In the first part,the author explains the basic concepts of the system in our country,and probes into the significance of perfecting our system from three aspects;The second part,from three aspects of human rights,benefits,moral and ethical interpretation of the occupation safety system in building engineering activities significance;In the third part,the author analyzes the present situation of our country "s current system in detail,including the system structure,the system characteristic,the related system idea and the flaw;The fourth part introduces the United States,Britain,Japan,China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Region,China's Taiwan region,the system structure and related characteristics;The fifth part,referring to the domestic and foreign advanced system construction experience,in view of the existing problems of our country puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
