Research On The CPPCC's Participation In Public Policy-making In Donghai County

At the present stage,China is in the critical period of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and there are new social contradictions and problems.Public policy is the main way and means for party and government organizations to manage social public affairs.In China,the CPPCC is the main channel and important way of participation.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the CPPCC's participation in public policy-makingTo study the CPPCC's participation in public policy-making in Donghai County is conductive to further developing the role of the CPPCC in the political life of our party and the country and promoting the democratization and scientization of public policymaking.For the CPPCC in Donghai County,there are different degrees of ideological issues,mechanism issues and other issues in the aspects of political consultation,democratic supervision and participation in the administration and discussion of state affairs.In order to improve the CPPCC's participation in public policy-making in Donghai County,the author proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestion from five aspects: the first is to strengthen the the CPPCC's own construction in Donghai County,the second is to improve the effective ways of the CPPCC's participation in public policymaking in Donghai County,the third is to formulate or improve the related mechanisms of the CPPCC's participation in public policy-making in Donghai County,the fourth is to optimize the procedures of the CPPCC's participation in public policy-making in Donghai County,the fifth is to create a good external environment for the CPPCC's participation in public policy-making in Donghai County.The paper uses the survey research method,take relevance theories of domestic and foreign scholars for learning and reference,and determines the research object and idea of the subject.The paper uses comparative research method,lists and compares the recent five years of proposals from the aspects of quantity,content and settlement issue,and draws the general law of participating in public policy-making through proposals.Besides,the paper uses case analysis method,analyzes the current situation of the CPPCC's participation in public policy-making in Donghai County,so as to further improve the approaches of the CPPCC's participation in public policy-making in Donghai County.
