A Study On The Theory Of Fairness And Justice Of Socialism With Chinese Characteristics

Fairness and justice is the eternal value pursuit of human society and the ideal goal.The history of the progress of human society is a history of the pursuit to social fairness and justice.Whether Plato in the republic's depiction of the "philosopher","soldiers","farmers" changed the city-state,or "rites" in da tong,a complete description of the well-off society;Both Marx and Engels in the "communist manifesto" cry of "free development of each and every one is all the conditions of the free development" of the "free association",and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation the Chinese dream,all embody the people unremitting pursuit for fairness and justice.But for what is fairness and justice is debated,the real development of the social equity and justice in also vary.Since the founding of new China,especially during the 30 years of reform and opening-up,China's rapid economic and social development,to enhance people happiness,satisfaction,gradually become the focus of world attention in China,the world is looking forward to looking for lessons from China's social development of the "plan" in China.Therefore,in the present study of social equity and justice with Chinese characteristics is of great significance in theory and practice level.This paper consists of ix parts:introduction,four chapters and epilogue,based on "social equity and justice with Chinese characteristics" as the research subject,based on the existing academic research achievements,rooted in the development of social equity and justice of China and the world,adhere to the Chinese characteristics and vision of the world,from the theory of Marx and Engels justice thought foundation,the culture of the Chinese traditional ideology and culture,powerful theory of western thought from three aspects to explore the theoretical source of the social equity and justice with Chinese characteristics;Then combing the process of the formation and development of social equity and justice with Chinese characteristics.On this basis,this paper analyzed the main contents of social equity and justice with Chinese characteristics,the characteristics and contemporary value.Finally,on how to realize the social equity and justice with Chinese characteristics forward some thinking.
