Study On The Government Function Of Silk Road Economic Belt Financial Center Construction In Xi'an

The development of financial center can promote the rapid growth of itself and the surrounding economy,Countries and regions compete to build financial centers which can bringing the greater economic benefits.Owing to the developing countries' weak economic base,the development model of financial center in developing countries tends to dominate by government.Xi'an as an important hub city in the middle of the new Eurasian Land Bridge,the great strategic conception of Silk Road Economic Belt provides an excellent opportunity for promoting the development of financial center in Xi'an.The government should grasp the location and resource advantages to advance a economic stride,promoting the transformation and upgrading of financial center in Xi'an.The purpose is to build it into Silk Road Economic Belt financial center with a highly degree of openness and in line with the international financial market.Under the background of the opportunity of Silk Road Economic Belt,this paper is dedicated to the study of the construction of financial center from the perspective of government function.As for research method,using the empirical analysis of Xi'an and other six sample cities to determine the status and rankings of Silk Road Economic Belt financial center in Xi'an,and providing the basis for the target orientation of Silk Road Economic Belt financial center in Xi'an.This paper analyzes the shortcomings and causes of the government function from the Competitiveness of Silk Road Economic Belt financial center in Xi'an.Based on the domestic and international experiences of the government function in the construction of financial center.Finally,this paper puts forward the suggestions from the perspective of Government Function in the construction of Silk Road Economic Belt financial center from four aspects asfollows:government planning,government promotion,government regulation and government service.The paper aims to provide the decision reference for the government promoting the construction of Silk Road Economic Belt financial center,and enrich the theoretical research of the construction of financial center from the perspective of Government Function.
