Research On Our Local Government's Response Capability Of Network Politics

Network politics is the newly sprouted thing under the information age,what inevitablely producing many problems in its rapid development,which prompts government communicating with the public via internet platform and puts forward a great challenge to government's response capability.Most current domestic research limit in definition of concept and value analysis,many researches conduct on the practice rarely on the rational analysis.The research on the government response to the network politics is fewer.It is helpful to make up the lack of the research by using the political system theory on the basis of previous studies.It is helpful to improve the overall system design of the network politics,via researching the construction of the response ability of the local government,solving the problem of deficiency in response,standardizing the specific behavior of government in response to the network public opinion,increasing the effectiveness of local government response capacity.From the perspective of citizen's political participation,it's helpful to cultivate citizen's right consciousness,help citizens to understand government decision,build up the bottom-up social supervision system.The study assessed local government response capacity in network politics,including five parts:The first part is the introduction of background,meaning,actuality,paper's frame,and so on.The second part select Deyang City,Meishan,Sichuan,Nanchong,and other 8 prefecture level city ‘s people's government website as research samples,using the network data feedback information to analyze the government response from September 10,2016 to September 10,2015,performing statistical analysis of the data of thus samples.Evaluated the local government's response ability of the network comprehensively according to the results of the data analysis,outlining the achievements and limitations of local government's response capacity.The third part concludes constraints of local government's response capacity from the angle of political system,citizen's network participation,network space.The forth part propose improved measure.
