Study On Citizen Participation Of Tangshan Government Decision-making On The Background Of The Coordinative Development In Beijing,Tianjin And Hebei

With the coordinative development in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei rising to our country's major strategic,Hebei faces new opportunities and challenges.As an important node city of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration,Tangshan needs to put its own development in the grand pattern of the coordinative development in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.So Tangshan government needs to take a holistic view,combined with the reality for further planning and public decision-making.However,on the background of the coordinative development,Tangshan residents are not involved in the process of public decision-making.I found problems and causes through investigating the present situation of Tangshan citizen participation in public decision making.Putting forward feasible suggestions from the participation subject,system,law and participation channels has theoretical significance and practical value to perfect Tangshan government scientific decision-making,strengthen the government and citizen benign interaction and promote the coordinative development in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei to pioneer a new situation.First of all,the governance theory and the theory of citizen participation serves as the theoretical support of the research on the participation of Tangshan citizens under the background of effective decision-making model of the coordinated development in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,which plays a fundamental role in improving citizen participation in government decision-making.Secondly,the paper introduces the situation of citizen participation in domestic and foreign and Wanjiang urban area,the pearl river delta area,Beijing and Tianjin.Finally,the paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve citizen participation in Tangshan,cultivating Tangshan people's participation,constructing participant political culture,and expanding participation channels to ensure that citizens can better participate in the Tangshan government decisions and get involved in the development trend of the integration of the Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebei region.
