Research On The Coordination Mechanism Of Administrative Institutions Under The Background Of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Cooperative Development

With the continuous progress of our society and the continuous development of market economy,the way of competition and development with region as the basic unit has brought huge economic benefits.But at the same time,it also brings many problems.Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei development integration is the typical representative of regional development.Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has been the political center of China since the Ming Dynasty,and has a very high strategic position in China.At the same time,it is also the political,cultural and financial center of our country.At the same time,its geographical location,scientific and technological development,economic development and so on have greater advantages than other regions.Therefore,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional development has a very high strategic position in the overall development of our country,and is also an important layout in the coordinated development of our region.From the current development situation,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development since 2004 began planning and development,although it has made some progress,but overall it is still at a backward level.On the whole,the mechanisms of regional coordination still need to be improved,Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei have not reached the trinity,and there is a great imbalance in development.The reason for this is that the coordination and cooperation of the three governments are inconsistent,and the cooperation mechanism has bigger problems.Therefore,there is an urgent need to solve the coordination problem between Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei in order to promote the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.Subsequently,in 2014,the concept of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration was first put forward in China.This concept shows the importance and strategic position of the coordinated development among the three regions.In this paper,the theory of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration,the coordinated development between regions,and the coordination mechanism between governments are studied,and the status quo of the coordinated development between regions and the problems faced in the development are analyzed,and the reasons are analyzed.Subsequently,we learn from the successful experience of regional coordinated development at home and abroad,and then put forward relevant measures and Countermeasures to solve the problem of uncoordinated development,so as to promote the coordinated development between regions.The specific content of this paper is as follows: The first chapter introduces the research background and significance at this stage,and analyses the current research situation,gives the research ideas of the overall deletion of this paper,and shows the innovation and existing problems of this paper.In the second chapter,the related theories are elaborated,which provides a solid theoretical basis for solving practical problems.Chapter three analyses the coordination mechanism of the governments between Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei regions,and deeply analyses its causes,which can be discussed from the national,market,legal and social aspects.Chapter IV has recognized the problems existing in China's regional development.By drawing lessons from the coordination mechanism of other urban agglomerations and their successful experience,we can get some enlightenment in order to give some guidance to the regional coordination mechanism of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.The fifth chapter is to analyze the problems mentioned before,and on the basis of learning from the successful experience,give various solutions,such as establishing guarantee mechanism,Regional Sharing Mechanism and strengthening the organic coordination between government,society and market,through the above measures to promote the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.
