On The Limited Admission Of Dual Nationality In Our Country

Though nationality is the only principle citizenship principles of international law,But the rapid development of globalization and human rights has made the dual nationality an objective reality that the international community must face.Due to the irreversible nature of dual nationality,Therefore,the nationality question that the nationality law of our country is certain still can be able to deal with the issue of the issue that is discussed in the academic circles of our country.Therefore,it is possible to recognize dual citizenship,How to recognize the dual nationality is a real problem that needs to be solved in China.In this paper,we use comparative analysis,historical analysis,and method of law analysis to carry out theoretical and practical analysis of the issue of nationality.It provides limited admission of dual nationality in our country with the benefit of the argument.In this paper,starting from the basic theory of nationality and dual nationality,is divided into four parts.The first part mainly introduces the origin and development of nationality and its related concepts and dual nationalities.The second part introduces the foreign nationality legislation about dual citizenship in the specific provisions and development course of our country's nationality legal system.The third part focuses on the necessity and feasibility of dual nationality in our country.The fourth part analyzes the principle of dual nationality in China and the feasible strategy for the gradual recognition of dual nationality.
