In recent years,China's economic and social development is very rapid,community participation has gradually become a new theme and new impetus to the construction of urban communities in China.Community social work plays an important role in promoting the healthy development of community.Community social work is an important role is to carry out community services,improve social functions,enhance the community participation of residents to promote community development and social harmony,but the current level of public participation in public affairs is generally low,community social work in mobilizing residents to participate in public Affairs are particularly difficult to find the factors that affect the participation of residents in public affairs is particularly important.Foreign studies have shown that the social status of residents,the general trust of most people in society,participation in social groups will affect their participation in public affairs,but in China's special historical and cultural background,these factors are also able to affect the residents Public affairs participation remains to be verified.In studying social capital,Patnam argues that trust,networking,and norms in social capital can improve social efficiency by promoting cooperative action.At the residents level,social capital is reflected in the type of trust of residents and the participation of social groups.The research results show that interpersonal trust and social group network will affect residents' participation in public affairs.Therefore,this paper constructs binary logistic regression based on social capital theory,choosing trust type and social group as explanatory variables of citizen's public affairs participation Model,the empirical analysis of the factors that affect the participation of residents in public affairs,on the one hand,the type of trust and social groups will affect the participation of public affairs to confirm,in response to the mainstream view;the other hand,to explore the type of trust and how specific social groups Public affairs participation,for community social work to promote the participation of residents to provide reference.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)trust in kinship-based relatives and trust in the strangers of the majority of people in society has no effect on public participation.(2)Neighborhood trust and social groups have a positive impact on public participation.That is,the higher the degree of trust in the neighborhood,the greater the tendency of public participation;participation in social groups can promote their participation in public affairs.(3)Neighborhood trust is negatively correlated with the participation of social groups,that is,the higher the degree of trust in the neighborhood,the more will not join the social groups,neighborhood trust and social groups to promote the participation of public affairs is an alternative.Community social work in promoting the participation of residents in public affairs,according to the actual situation of the community to take different measures.On the one hand,in the elderly community with a high level of trust in the neighborhood,it is necessary to promote the participation of residents in public affairs,to promote community leaders,to use neighborhood residents to trust and promote residents' participation in public affairs;on the other hand,Higher neighborhoods trust in the new community,the choice of community in the formation of entertainment interest groups of social groups is more conducive to promoting the participation of residents in public affairs.
