The Fifth Plenary Sessions of 16 th Central Committee of the Communist Party set a goal of the new socialist countryside.It includes “production development,life well-off,local custom civilization,village neatly,management democracy.”The 18 th built "beautiful China" as the general requirements to realize well-off society.it is not only includes beautiful city but also includes beautiful countryside.The demand of the beautiful countryside is to realize the agricultural production,increasing farmers' income,rural economic prosperity and handle the good relationship with the environment at the same time.Building the beautiful countryside can realize the sustainable development of agriculture.which is beneficial to safeguard farmers' health of body and mind,is conducive to the development of rural economy.In recent years,with the development of science and technology,rural economy has developed rapidly,the living conditions of farmers has improved greatly.But with the development of economy,environmental problems is appearing.The main idea is that the rural ecological civilization construction of weishan.Marx's ecological view is guidance.the system of socialism with Chinese characteristics as the guarantee and combined with the actual situation of local.The article uses literature research,comparative research,questionnaire method,interviewing method and so on.It includes four parts.the introduction and four chapters.in the introduction,the author come up with the background of study,the intent of study,the method of study and the innovation study.the first chapter mainly talks about the explanation of ecological civilization construction,its content,its significance and the relationship between the ecological civilization construction and Ideological and political construction.the second chapter discusses the advantages of the rural ecological civilization construction and the exists problems as a case study of Maanshan.The third chapter analyses the reasons.the last chapter is an innovation of the article.it provides solutions from the perspective of ideological and political construction.
