The Research On Marriage Education Countermeasures Of New Generation Of Migrant Workers

With the improvement of our country's urbanization construction and the progress of build ing a well-off society,more and more labor force has flowed to the city,and a large group of m igrant workers has been formed.With the increasing of migrant workers and the prominent stat us,a series of problems caused by them have attracted more and more people's attention and res earch.The new generation of migrant workers who was born in 1980 s has become the main force of the migrant workers.New generation of migrant workers are not only related to to their own opinions about marriage concept,but also to the process of our urbanization construction and harmonious society.First,the article defines the core concepts,and expounds the related theory,which based on the then combed research results,points out the existing problems,and analysis deep reason with new generation migrant workers opinions about marriage concept,on the basis of the above four aspects,the author puts forward the measures to guide the new generation peasant workers' marriage.This paper points out that the marriage attitudes of new generation of migrant workers are sincere,autonomy,pay attention to marriage quality,pursue the equality between men and women and gender different characteristics,but some problems still exist,such as: marriage orientation utilitarian features,dating confidence,stressful,"lightning marriages" phenomenon constantly emerging,and view of the contradiction between the sexes.Reasons of these problems lies in economic inadequate protection of the rights and interests of migrant workers,urban society of exclusion,western and traditional opinions about marriage concept,gender imbalance and the influence of new generation migrant workers own limitations,etc.Therefore,we should enhance the economic income of new generation of migrant workers to promote their strengthening opinions about marriage concept education and improve their own quality.
