The Marriage Research Of New Generation Of Female Migrant Workers

The new generation migrant workers have gradually become the main body of the workers, which have a large number of the existence of women workers. Marriage comes as the golden age of them. My focus of concern is that how to solve this problem, and is there any unique characteristics and difficulties. I also hope to deep the understanding of the new generation migrant by this study. I worked in one electronic factory for one month, obtaining the research material. This article is based on the experience of work and life in factory. The research materials are acquired by the way of observation and interview. The present situation, problems and causes of the love and marriage of the new generation of female migrant workers are researched here. It is found that the love experience of the new generation of women migrant workers is simple; Along with the flow, their marriage circle expand; They can mostly make decision-making by themselves on their marriage problems, and parents will actively participate in her daughter's spouse process; They may accept the premarital sex just with lover. In the process of love and marriage there are some problems, such as the hardness for them to get matching; flash marriage and early marriage; the child support and romantic risk, and so on. This paper summarized the causes of problems in five aspects based on the facts:small communication circle limited by industry; influenced by the known experiences; short time, little space and impulses; unbalanced in regional development and weak consciousness to protect themselves.
