Current Situation Investigation And Development Strategy Of Day Care Facilities For The Elderly In Nangang District

The day care centers for the community elderly is widely used at home and abroad as a community endowment service mode.According to the statistics,2.784 million beds have been built in our country community day care centers during the "twelfth five-year".But with digital form a contrast,At present our country a lot of elderly day care facilities or deprecated idle or used for any other purposes in cities,not play a proper role.This paper takes Nangang district of Harbin city as a case,design research the elderly day care center facilities,To mee t the requirements for the future development of China's community endowment.First of all,carding the status quo of problems:(1)Field investigation was carried out on all 22 community elderly day care centers in 18 streets of Nangang district.Statistics day care services and the corresponding places spatial distribution,size and usage;(2)Visit the elderly and their families in some representative communities in Nangang district,with the integrated use of questionnaire and interview method,Analysis of day care services suitable type and requirement for space;(3)Through the elderly with Sheffield area day care facilities construction and usage form a contrast,analysis the difference between such facilities in Nangang district and international mature experience;(4)On the basis of above analysis,comprehensively summed up the current situation of the construction of the elderly day care facilities in Nangang district.Then,in view of the problems puts forward some strategy to develop:(1)To the urban scale,comprehensive consideration of national construction standards and the nature of the land,road traffic,jurisdiction street in nangang district,make out some future development of planning and layout strategy:community day care center for the elderlyoverall service scope covering urban residential land,the scope of services to ensure accessibility of the elderly,while encouraging its service scope break through the administrative jurisdiction;(2)To the community scale,according to the actual situation of the existing community,in order to achieve a reasonable community construction,put forward three proposals: the street area as a unit with the construction of day care facilities for the elderly,integrated use of community existing pension facilities,sharing of community public places resources;(3)To the building scale,take national building standard design atlas 14J819?The community elderly day care center standard design drawings ? as an example,through the adaptability analysis,put forward that it is proposed that priority should be given to the construction of day care centers for the elderly in the second and third groups,small-scale,multi-functional and multi-functional community service centers for the aged,as well as additional medical type combined with the old day care facilities.Finally,combined with the above development strategy,will be improved in Nangang district community day care center for the elderly to carry out a detailed description of the situation.At the same time,the results of this study also play a role of point to area,for the other administrative districts of Harbin,as well as other similar cities to improve the level of community pension facilities to provide reference.
