| Countries around the world have all been suffering from terrorist activities harm,how to effectively combat terrorism and science and make scientific decisions in combat operations in order to minimize losses to ensure the safety of the people and the country,to become police officers who an important issue addressed urgently.In this paper,the problem of the armed counter-terrorism command decisions carried out research,in order to cope with the course of action of various uncertain factors on the final decision-making program,the introduction of robust theory to assist in the development of anti-terrorism decisions,proposed a "robust Counter-Terrorism command Decision Support system " of new ideas,the focus of this study are as follows:First,the armed counter-terrorism command decision situation and existing problems were studied,with an emphasis on armed action against terrorism uncertainties detailed study pointed out with robustness theory to solve this problem advantage;Secondly,the robust control theory is introduced,the applicability of the robustness of the decision-making system in the military field to start the analysis,indicating the robustness of the decision-making system is very suitable for solving a variety of military action to resolve the problem of uncertainty,And on this issue could well take advantage of the robustness of the decision-making system;Again,the decision-making process through the analysis of counter-terrorism,introduces the concept of counter-terrorism and counter-terrorism policy-making decisions robustness evaluation criteria proposed robustness analysis indicators decision on terrorism-the robustness index,based on the proposed action and loss cost The independent evaluation methods and indicators,making the final decisions on terrorism has strong robustness and stability,no longer affected by many uncertainties;gives the probability of making mistakes and counter-terrorism methods and formulas to calculate risks;and a virtual case based anti-terrorism tactical decisions robustness evaluation and analysis,decision analysis elaborated on terror feasible introducing robust decision-making process;Finally,the proposed anti-terrorism action plan based on the initial generation PATH algorithm method,greatly improving the computational efficiency;in order to ensure the program has the most robust in action,we propose a robust and effective course of action program optimization method,This paper presents a robust index introduced to optimize decisions on terrorism in the past,so that the robustness of the process of the program of action to improve gradually in the revision process,and ultimately achieve the desired robustness requirements. |
