Research On The Path Of Armed Police Forces Participating In Anti Terrorist Action

Safety is the cornerstone of the order of human society and the stable state of social survival and development free from danger.Generally speaking,safety refers to a state of survival and development of human society free from danger,threat and infringement,namely,"without danger and damage is safe".The human society is always developing in a safe and stable state.Leaving without a safe and stable social order,the society will be in a chaos state of interest disputes,which will hinder the progress and development of human society.It can be said that safety is the first need of human beings.Order must be maintained by safty.Without safty there is no order.In Chinese,"safety" means"stability","no danger","no threat".In English,the word "safety"refers to the state of being free from danger and fear.On the one hand,safety is the stable state of social survival and development free from danger.Here,safety specially emphasize security and stability.The internal or externalthreats and dangers affects safety,the danger can be hidden and potentially,or be dominant and open.Whether it is hidden danger or dominant danger means social survival and development is in a state of instability.For example,in March 1,2014,there was a serious cases of violent terrorist attacks in Yunnan Kunming.Many terrorists holding a sword crazy stabbed innocent people in the KunMing Railway Station square and ticket office,which caused a serious consequences of 29 deaths and 143 people injured.This serious violent terrorist incidents was planned and organized by Xinjiang"three forces"(i.e.,ethnic separatism,terrorism,religious extremism),the consequences and influence is great,the mainland people were strongly shocked and feel terrorism and terrorist activities are very close.On the other hand,safety means that the country has the ability to control risks and ensure security.Since safety is the stable state of social survival and development free from danger,while facing danger or threat,whether from internal or external,the country can rely on their own efforts to mobilize all available resources,take corresponding measures and means to control risk and protect the safety of the community in a steady state free from danger or threat.This paper,which is based on the theory of overall national security,focus on the increasingly severe international and domestic anti terrorist struggle situation,and try to explore and study the path of the armed police force participating in anti terrorist action.This paper will use comprehensive literature analysis,survey and data analysis,case study method,to comprehensively analyze the current international and domestic terrorism threats from the concept,content,methods,principles and requirements,and carry out more in-depth exploration and research on the path of armed police forces participating in anti terrorist action.On the basis of referring to the experience of armed forces in western countries,such as the United States and other western countries,we try to find an anti-terrorism path suitable for China's actual situation and the actual construction of the armed police force.
