Study On The Information Disclosure Mechanism Of Land Removal In Xishan District Of Kunming City

Since May 2008,the national scope of the People's Republic of China promulgated after the implementation of the law,the government has a legal basis in the field of information disclosure,land acquisition and demolition as a public resource allocation information disclosure important aspects,from the perspective of Kunming Xishan District,due to the problem of information disclosure has been prominent,the high frequency of the petition,there are difficulties to find which department,to get a satisfactory answer,each functional departments to kick the ball,handling procedures for the material is not uniform,back and forth,highlighting the contradiction and disputes.Based on the above background,this paper summarizes the domestic and foreign government information disclosure mechanism,as well as the existing problems,analysis of the information should be open,public units,open mode,service and open process;the analysis of the background of the Xishan District sampling questionnaire survey data,summarize the existing problems,and finally,put forward a series of land acquisition and demolition information disclosure mechanism.Through questionnaire survey and literature research,this paper discusses the information disclosure mechanism of land acquisition and demolition,inquires into a large number of new government information disclosure normative policy documents,and analyzes the related knowledge of land acquisition and relocation.
