With the rapid development of China's economic construction,the number of motor vehicles,the driver has increased year by year,the traffic management department is also very rapid development of information.Especially in recent years,dependent on the majority of traffic participants traffic e-government system is increasing,and the traffic control department of the E-government maintenance workload is also grow with each passing day for traffic management,the E-government operation and maintenance department has brought great challenge and pressure,the need of a new e-government operation system with the traffic control department needs,to ensure the reasonable and efficient work the E-government system.This paper from the H,the traffic control department of e-government operation and maintenance management case to start from the ITIL service management,target management,double factor theory based on the analysis of the current situation of H province traffic e-government operation management,summarizes the Department e-government operation management in the existing management problems,combined with the characteristics of the traffic control.Department through the research,this thesis is divided into technical support layer,system layer,organization layer,management layer four levels of H Province,the traffic control department put forward opinions and suggestions to improve operation and maintenance.Help H province traffic management to solve the existing problems in the operation and maintenance management and combing the current operation management process,in order to promote the formation of the H province traffic operation management process,system and standardization system,to enhance the ability to support the traffic control operation.
