With the continuous development of modern information technology,information technology and tax information has been the depth of integration and development,IT provides a great convenience and supporst to tax administration and tax services.With the continuous development of tax information,the dependence of tax work on information technology is increasing.As an important part of tax information construction,information system operation and maintenance is a long and continuous work.In order to ensure the tax information system efficient,stable and safe operation,now the operation and maintenance of tax information system requirements put forward the better.L Provincial Local Taxation Bureau tax information has been at the forefront of the country.From 1994,L Provincial Local Taxation Bureau open up tax information,city unified tax software.In 2007,L province realized provincial unified tax system,the system function was complete,using smoothly,L province has a set of scientific operation mode.After 8 years of application,the system is mature and stable,while the L provincial tax information system can not meet the new requirements of tax reform,facing the problem of upgrading.For the realization of "business integration,technology integration,system integration,the State Administration of Taxation Started to construct “The third golden tax project”,In 2013,L Provincial Local Taxation Bureau was the first on-line management system of “The third golden tax project”.From the monorail line within a year,around the city reported to issue 37000 problems,the monthly average of about 3000 problems,system failures,program error,data error and other problems,operation system and operation mode were in the exploratory stage,L province faced the huge pressure of operation and maintenance of tax information system.In order to ensure the national consolidated tax software,in 2016 the L province promoted the third golden tax system,application of a system of administration deployed to the provincial deployment,system upgrades and maintenance work in the provincial key.Under the guidance of "Internet plus tax",L province tax information system such as bamboo shoots after a spring rain,on the basis of information technology gradually formed a framework for the collection,service and management of" three platforms.The lifeline of the tax information system lies in the effective operation and use,the concept of "re-developing the light operation and maintenance",can not guarantee the operation of the information system,and also lose the value of the information system.Under the new situation,the original operation system and management mode has been unable to apply to the tax information system now,L Provincial Local Taxation Bureau on how to construct the the operation and maintenance of tax information system is an important guarantee for stable operation of the system.According to the operation and maintenance of tax information system of L province management of the actual situation,the use of literature,comparative analysis,causal analysis,system analysis and other methods,to conduct a comprehensive study of L province tax bureau information system maintenance,deeply analyzes the existing problems and the reasons,and around the building operation and maintenance mechanism of integration,put forward the corresponding opinions some suggestions are given to establish the overall operation and maintenance and other aspects of the team,in order to help the L province tax bureau information system maintenance management.
