Research On The Influence Of Government Behavior On Social Contradictions

In November 2013,in the third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee adopted the "decision" of the CPC Central Committee on deepening reform of the overall number of major issues,put forward "social management system innovation,to adhere to the system of governance,strengthen the leadership of the Party committee,the government plays a leading role,to encourage and support in all aspects of society".The Party leadership is an important prerequisite,and at this stage,the innovation of social governance,resolve contradictions mainly led by the government,then the government in the actual governance is how to influence the social contradictions,and plays a role in what degree,is the focus of the study.Based on this,this paper starts from the social contradictions,to study the impact of government behavior on social contradictions,so as to enhance the government's ability to govern.By reviewing the literature of social contradictions in the past ten years,the paper analyzes the influencing factors,puts forward the hypothesis and establishes the theoretical model,and takes Chongqing as the survey sample,obtaining first-hand questionnaire data,using SPSS17.0 statistical analysis software measurement and scientific analysis method to verify the theory model analysis of inherent law and mechanism between the various factors of social contradictions;Secondly,this paper through questionnaire investigation,understand the true feelings of social contradictions from the public point of view,to describe the current situation of social contradictions in Chongqing city based on the statistical data,results show that since 2010 the overall trend of social contradictions in the questionnaire and statistical data are basically the same,the higher the validity of statistical data shows,social contradictions in the year by year growth,while people think contradictions occur more frequently;Third,based on the theoretical basis of social governance and social contradictions,combined with the results of empirical analysis,put forward specific policy recommendations.The empirical results show that: the external environment has significant positive effect on the contradictory condition,external environment worse,more serious contradictions will;the mediating effect of conflict events outside environment and situation significantly,the external environment is affected by the contradiction between the event and the impact of contradiction,but the contradiction of foreign influence events the Ministry of environment and the situation is part of the intermediary,the intermediary effect to the total effect of 30.55%;adjust the effect of government behavior on emergency events and contradictions situation significantly,regulating effect of government act,the external environment and the contradiction between events also significantly.On the basis of the analysis results,put forward some policy suggestions: improve the external environment,eliminate potential social contradictions;establish a communication mechanism,timely curb conflict situation;enhance the credibility of the government to reshape the image of the government.
