An Empirical Study On The Impact Of Aging On The Upgrading Of Industrial Structure In Hebei Province

In recent years,the problem of population aging has become increasingly prominent,which directly affects the distribution of industrial structure.At present,with the steady progress of the important national development strategy of the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,the upgrading of the industrial structure of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei has entered a critical period.However,the increasing aging of population in Hebei Province is bound to bring some challenges to the steady development of economy and the smooth transformation and upgrading of industrial structure.Therefore,under the background of the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,how to overcome the impact of the aging population in Hebei Province,so that the smooth transformation and upgrading of industrial structure is particularly important.Based on this,this paper will focus on the impact of population aging on the upgrading of industrial structure in Hebei Province.The main research contents are as follows:This paper first analyzes the relationship between the aging of population and the upgrading of industrial structure in Hebei Province,and constructs a model of the impact of the aging of population on the upgrading of industrial structure.Firstly,the panel data model is established.On this basis,in order to study the impact mechanism between population aging and industrial structure upgrading,the aging consumption demand,human capital accumulation and aging financial burden are taken as intermediary variables,and the intermediary effect test model is constructed.At the same time,technological progress is taken as the regulating variable,and the regulatory effect test model is constructed.Then,we empirically test the model of the impact of population aging on the upgrading of industrial structure in Hebei Province.The empirical test shows that the aging population in Hebei Province has significantly promoted the upgrading of industrial structure,but has a certain inhibitory effect on the optimization and upgrading of the internal structure of the tertiary industry;at the same time,through the intermediary effect test model,it is concluded that the aging consumption demand and human capital accumulation have an intermediary effect on the upgrading of the industrial structure,but have no performance on the optimization and upgrading of the internal structure of the tertiary industry In the process ofindustrial structure upgrading,technological progress has a significant regulatory effect,but in the process of internal structure optimization of the tertiary industry,technological progress has no regulatory effect.Finally,based on the above analysis results,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to overcome the impact of population aging and promote the adjustment of industrial structure in Hebei Province: to establish an old-age system and improve the old-age system;to adapt to the population development situation and develop the old-age industry;to develop the old-age human resources and promote the accumulation of human capital;to encourage technological innovation of intelligent products and promote industrial upgrading.
