Research On Rural Community Activation In The Pearl River Delta Region Based On The Concept Of Sustainable Development

Since the 1980 s,with the global warming and the deterioration of the ecological environment,an international sustainable development movement has unfolded and continued ever since.At the same time,when China enjoys the fruits of rapid urbanization,the problem of urban and rural dual structure and the modern industrial development are gradually make the village to become the short board of Chinese urbanization.Although accompanied by the implementation of a series of policies,such as "new rural construction","urban and rural integration" and other,The gap between urban and rural areas has been shrinking,but there are still many environmental,economic and social unsustainable crises.In the context of the above research,This paper combines the concept of sustainable development with rural communities to carry out research on activation,takes the Pearl River Delta rural areas as the research object,combined with the actual needs of the development of the rural communities in the Pearl River Delta,sets up an activation system based on the concept of sustainable development of the Pearl River Delta community,and provides some reference for the country's rural activation.Mainly from the following aspects:First of all,Analyzed the connotation of "village","community","rural community" and the basic content of sustainable development theory,proposed a new way of rural community activation based on the concept of sustainable development.And from the perspective of ecology,economics,sociology to explore the connotation of the activation of rural communities based on the concept of sustainable development,and summarizes the practical experience of the sustainable community at home and abroad.Secondly,by studying the phased characteristics and development dilemma of the rural communities in the Pearl River Delta,clear the urgency and necessity of the Pearl River Delta rural community Sustainable development,combined with theoretical research,put forward goals and principles of the Pearl River Delta rural community activation,Constructed the content system of rural community in Pearl River Delta based on the concept of sustainable development.Finally,Take Foshan Nansha community as the empirical research site,through qualitative analysis,assess sustainable development condition from the planning point of Nansha rural community,Through quantitative analysis,assess the status of sustainable development of Nansha community From the public point of view to,And find out the direction of Nansha community activation.Finally,according to the theoretical construction,propose the Nansha community Activation strategy based on the concept of sustainable development: environmental activation strategy,first inheritance landscape heritage,recycling ecological base plate;secondly improve the road traffic layout,improve rural life function;Economic activation strategy,First,follow the new normal development trend,achieve rural industrial restructuring,secondly enhance the value of rural resources,Revitalize the village of new economy;social activation strategy,first Strengthen the cooperation of multiple subjects,stimulate community spiritual vitality,secondly Enhance social security,improve community services.The innovation of this paper includes the following three aspects: 1.from the perspective of community to explore the activation of rural society;2.combining the concept of sustainable development with rural community to Activation study,Initially established a research framework for sustainable rural community activation.3.Multi-disciplinary,multi-disciplinary exploration of rural community sustainable design research.
