The Study About Carrying On The Pearl River Delta's Industry Transfer In Guangxi Autonomic District Of Zhuang Nation

The dissertation analyses the status about the present economic disparity between Pearl River Delta and Guangxi, It also analyses the only advantage to carry on the Peal River Delta's industry transfer in Guangxi, And the necrssary to carry on the Peal River Delta's industry transfer basing on actualities and theories.And then, it analyses experience of carrying on industry transfer in China and overseas. After analyzing the experience the dissertation puts out five patterns of carrying on the Peal River Delta's industry transfer in Guangxi. Five patterns are designed grounding on three angles which are market economy's microcosmic fields-enterprises, transition fields-industry and macroscopical fields-different regions.The dissertation brings forward the pattern of element injecting -direct investment according to product element flow and it's effects on economy; It brings forward the pattern of inner integration of enterprise and the pattern of simulated integration in outer interprises basing on the analysis of two theories about regional economy and enterprise management; It brings forward the new pattern of wild geese flying in terms of the tranditional model of international industry transfer; It brings forward the pattern of industrial cluster transferring in terms of the new theory on industry layout. It brings forward several government countermeasures against actualizing five patterns. These government countermeasures are put out keeping to these principles. Firstly, sustainable development principle; Secdonly, harmonizing development principle between regionals; Thirdly, the principle of considering the present backgrounds; Fourthly, the principle of adjusting measures to local conditions.It must be linking with implementing government policies and adjusting measures to local conditions to put these patterns into practice.
