Therefore,driven by the national policy,the provincial level at all levels have carried out intelligent pension pilot work.However,in the process of visiting the investigation,the living conditions of the elderly is not good,in the service process there are different levels of uneven distribution of resources,single service,service content is uneven,resources and needs can not effectively docking problems,the elderly pension Demand problem is still very noticeable.From the research progress of the related literature,the current research on the old-age pension problem of the elderly mainly focuses on the management of the system,policy and related departments,and relatively little research on the whole service content,service architecture,service flow and user's needs.From the research contens,emphasis on technical aspects of the study,mainly on how to technology products and the combination of the Internet to improve the daily life of the elderly.But litter research for study of the behavior of the elderly,starting from the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly,to understand their living environment and living habits,to simulate the real situation,then finding the needs of the elderly and the need for motivation.Based on the research view of existing scholars,this paper which is guided by AT-ONE law rebuild to research of the wisdom elderly care service system in our country.Through in-depth study of A?T?O?N?E five objects,clear the home care service platform Construction of the design direction,based on the differences of elderly person,and in core of elderly's needs,to the entire service content,service architecture,service processes and user behavior in-depth study,improve our social wisdom pension service system.In the research method,first through the literature review method to grasp the current domestic and foreign scholars on the subject of domestic research's status;second through the questionnaire survey,in-depth interview familiar with the understanding of the elderly daily living environment,hobbies,physical and psychological,characteristics habits and so on.Through this way find the elderly demand for services and dig out the demand motive;then through the KJ analysis and behavior focus method to get the urgent list of urgent needs of the elderly,mining opportunities.At the same time,based on the analysis results,find out the common,create the character role model,simulate the real situation of the user,by focusing on the user when using the product or service behavior,understand the problems faced by users,tap their potential needs.Finally,through the tracking of user behavior,tracking users in the use of products and services,contact points and operational processes,found that hinder the smooth operation of the user process factors,and timely improvement,in the practice of verification,for users to create the ultimate user experience.As an exploratory study on the design of the home care system,this paper discusses the improvement of the home care service system through the integration of children's family,community center,medical institutions and other social resources on the service level from the user differences and based on AT-ONE Law to improve the home care service system and case the elderly APP'S product to elaborate multiple subject linkage home elderly care service system's design Strategy,First:to reconfigure the role and relationship of each service subject to maximize the potential;Second:to dig out the depth of the design of the main service system;Third:innovative service supply content,to create service features;,To create the ultimate user experience;Fourth:based on user differences,so that services and user needs seamless convergence to improve the quality of service;Fifth:innovative service supply content,to create service features;Sixth : To create the ultimate user experience.Through the Internet of things,cloud computing and other high-tech technology to integrate resources to change the traditional pension model to ease the pressure on China's pension opened up a new path.To a certain extent,this measures to solve uneven distribution of resources of the traditional pension model,single service and demand can not be effectively connected to the problem,and it not only improve the quality of the elderly's life,so that the elderly in his later life more secure,but also to promote China's social wisdom pension service System development,and that to improve the social pension service system construction has far-reaching significance.
