Design Of Community Home Care Service System For The Elderly Migrants In The Mining Area

With the advent of an aging society,my country’s social elderly care service industry is facing huge demands and challenges.Due to the special attributes of its residents,the needs of elderly care services in mining immigrant communities are also significantly different from other communities.In this study,the Kano model was used to classify the demand attributes of the elderly immigrant groups in mining areas,and to identify the different levels of demand for elderly care services of immigrant elderly groups in mining areas,so as to provide a reference for providing accurate home based elderly care services in immigrant communities.This paper selects the elderly group in the mining area immigrant community in Binhe New District,Baotou City,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as the research object,takes Maslow’s demand theory and ERG theory as the theoretical basis of this research,and sorts out 33 items that meet the needs of the elderly through literature review and community elderly demand surveys.Serving community aged care services.The research data was obtained through a questionnaire survey,and the data was analyzed to extract the demand level of home based care services for the elderly immigrant in the mining area,and the following conclusions were drawn:First,Based on the charm quality theory and Kano model,as well as the results of the questionnaire survey,33 home based care services are divided into essential elements,one dimensional elements,attractive elements and indifference elements,of which there are 11 indifference elements;they are essential elements There are 8 demand items in total,which are door to door cleaning service,door to door consultation service,health education service,health file service,free physical examination service,regular telephone visit service,facility renovation service for the elderly,and safety guidance service;those belonging to one dimensional elements There are 6 demand items in total,namely community rehabilitation physiotherapy service,medication evaluation service,accompanying medical service,psychological consultation service,legal aid service and one click calling service;there are 8 demand items belonging to charm elements,namely senior dining table service,Bathing assistance service,purchasing agency service,door to door rehabilitation service,library service,elderly activity center,singing and dancing service and entertainment and fitness service.Second,The satisfaction coefficient and dissatisfaction coefficient are divided into the importance and dependence of home based elderly care service items through the statistical data of the questionnaire results,and the service items are divided into life care,medical care,life care and spiritual satisfaction.The results of sorting according to the satisfaction coefficient are: life care,medical care,security and spiritual satisfaction;the sorting results of dissatisfaction are: security,medical care,life care and spiritual satisfaction.Third,Subdivide and compare on the basis of the Kano model,and conduct factor analysis on various types of service items to find out their demand characteristics and influencing factors.Fourth,Analyze the service items of the elderly immigrant groups in mining areas of different age groups,find out the dependence and expectation of each age group on each service item category,and find out the priority of service items.Fifth,The study found that residence status,marital status,economic source,age and chronic disease are the influencing factors of life care services;age,economic source,residence status,monthly income and chronic disease are also influencing factors of medical care;gender,age,culture Degree,monthly income,chronic disease status and living status are also influencing factors of mental satisfaction services;age and marital status also affect safety and security services.The needs of the elderly in different age groups are also different.The elderly need more life care and security services to meet their daily needs;middle aged and young aged people need medical care services;based on Based on the above conclusions,this thesis applies the method of service design to design a home based care service system for the elderly in immigrant communities in mining areas,so as to improve the life happiness of the elderly in community home based care.
