Differences And Changes:Research On The Allocation Problems Of Transitional Community Residents' Welfare

Transitional community is a special community status which both has the double epitome of urban and rural communities,which is the inevitable path of our country urbanization,which is the inevitable result of the administrative management,which is also indispensable necessary stage in the process of our urbanization and unique form.With the rapid development of urbanization and further advance in our country,domestic scholars study of community gradually abandon the binary classification research paradigm of traditional urban community and rural community,and pay more attention to the transitional community,with the related research progressing.However,the current study of transitional community focus more on the concept definition,structure,properties and lack of governance and the plight of level,not extended to the organic connection about long-term development of between the people's demand who live in the transitional community and community itself.The research on the distribution of exploring transitional community welfare is a relatively cold quiet areas,led to the transitional community in dealing with the internal relations between different types of residents,especially those involving the allocation issues of the residents welfare highlighted a number of problems.Based on the allocation problem of transitional community residents welfare as the research object,through the survey,literature,comparative analysis and case study method and other research methods,this paper in-depth analysis transitional community about the the present situation of welfare distribution,the reason and how to change,etc.It has huge theoretical and practical significance to reasonable distribution of transitional community residents welfare,ease transitional community conflicts and construct a harmonious community atmosphere.First,this paper makes domestic scholar's research results which related with transitional community problems as the foundation.After collecting and combing,this paper defines the core concept with integrating many transitional community researchers views and combined with relevant theoretical knowledge,and illustrates in detail the Shared development theory,stakeholder theory and related theoretical basis.Secondly,in order to have a further and better understanding of allocation problem of transitional community residents welfare,on the basis of clarify the research framework in this paper,this article will research on the welfare distribution of transitional community residents locked in community F in X city--this particular area and the sifting forempirical research related samples,and then to the quantitative analysis of selected samples.In the process of statistical data analysis,the article makes the latent variable--the transitional community residents welfare decompose into material benefits ?
