Research On The Standardization Of Law Enforcement And Supervision Of Work Safety

Security is the innate pursuit,is the basis of all human needs,if you lose life,the other one everything is empty.With the continuous progress of Nansha's economic development,improve people's living standards,security issues become more important,the people of the work of production safety of the increasingly high demand,production safety has become a hot issue,has aroused widespread concern in the state and society.Although the central government has introduced on strengthening production safety instructions and measures,but in some areas,industries and enterprises of the total accidents is still high,serious accidents still occur.For a long time Nansha's basic work of production safety has a poor foundation and a production safety law enforcement and supervision of construction work is still not perfect,can not be effective against violations of the laws and regulations of safety production and management,eliminate production accidents and effectively prevent safety accidents,law enforcement and supervision of production safety work in Nansha common development is not balanced,the lag of law enforcement agencies,law enforcement personnel construction quality is not high and the law enforcement procedure is not perfect and other outstanding issues,the Nansha production work safety work to further strengthen.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the standardization of safety law enforcement and supervision to improve the level of supervision of Nansha's safe production.In this paper,through combing the relevant domestic and foreign literature analysis of work safety,supervision of law enforcement,law enforcement and supervision of safety production standardization production safety concept,put forward the importance and necessity of production work safety of law enforcement standardization work,and the law enforcement supervision of production safety in Guangzhou city of Nansha District police standardization to create work as an example,combined with other regions at home and abroad mainly advanced experience,analysis of the main problems of safety production supervision and enforcement of existing standards to create work,and the existing problems are analyzed.On this basis,put forward to carry out law enforcement standardization of safety key and difficult to create work,put forward in the construction team,team organization standard management standardization,law enforcement standardization and standardized law enforcement protection measures to increase production work safety of law enforcement standardization efforts to create.This paper takes the theory of safety production law enforcement supervision as the guidance,and takes the method of combining empirical and theory.Through this study,to a full range,the depth is proposed to carry out the law enforcement standardization of safety measures to create work,provide a useful reference for Guangdong province and the country to carry out work safety of law enforcement standardization work.
