Food is relted to people's health and life safety.Because of this particularity,food safety has been widely concerned.The effective supervision of food safety and the optimization and improvement of market environment are the preconditions for the well-ordered development of market economy.With frequent food safety incidents and the increasing prevalence of cancer,childhood leukemia and other diseases,people began to pay attention to the health and safety problems caused by food and began to question the government's ability to supervise.Is the core issue of food safety regulation,but the problem for the supervision of law enforcement,this article through the grassroots market supervision and administration of the three specific cases,found that the present institutional reform did not mention the transition of the regulatory systems and mechanisms,procedures,regulations in the law enforcement easy neglected as well as the lack of law enforcement ability of the three typical problems,analyze the reasons and put forward regulatory system need overall innovation,not only need innovative changes in the form of regulatory reform needs to be a simultaneous institutions and regulatory systems and mechanisms,which changes the "fire" afterwards regulation as to risk prevention regulation;To urge law enforcement departments to establish a procedure self-inspection system to improve understanding,establish a scientific law enforcement based on data platform,and formulate the procedure to ensure strict implementation of procedures;It is necessary to establish a professional food safety supervision team,to form a system through comprehensive study of education and case discussion,and to establish an internal competition and incentive mechanism.Transforming food safety awareness into action to optimize food market environment requires law enforcement departments to inculcate integrity awareness and law abiding awareness in production and operators to help consumers pay more attention to safety and take the initiative to safeguard their own rights.Based on the work situation of thecompany and the status of the post,the author proposes the idea and idea of improving food safety supervision,hoping to promote further research and discussion on the feasibility of food safety in China and introduce specific implementation methods.We should organically combine comprehensive supervision with strict accountability,truly attach equal importance to prevention and punishment,and create a safe food environment featuring honest production and operation and comprehensive supervision without any gaps.
