The Research On The Revolution Of Official Reception After The Promulgation Of The Eight Rules Of The CPC Central Committee

The official reception is an important work of Party and government organs at all levels,mainly for official attended the meeting,the investigation,the implementation of the task,learning and communication,to inspect and guide the work report,and other official activities to provide convenient,fast and efficient management and service,so that the public service activities orderly,safe,smooth and efficient completion.Due to some aspects of official reception has not standardized,leading to the breeding of corruption.The eighteen National Congress of the CPC,the official reception conducted a series of reforms,the eight rules of the CPC Central Committee were introduced,for the official reception of more stringent requirements.The official reception in the reform,through perfecting rules and regulations,supervision and official reception reimbursement process,the official reception frequency is reduced,the official reception activities more standardized,process more clear,the official reception costs decrease,the effect is very obvious.However,there are still a lot of problems in the official reception at this stage,how to reform the official reception more standardized,has become an urgent need to study the issue.In this paper,A provincial authorities,for example,to investigate the changes in the organs of cadres for the reform of the official reception,as well as the official reception problems and reasons.For this reform,because the system is still not perfect,supervision is not in place,the concept of standardization has not yet formed and other reasons,leading to the problem has not yet been standardized official reception.On the basis of research and analysis,this article from the system specification and supervision norms,social norms,monetary norms and internal organs construction rules,for in the new environment,how to further improve the official reception standardization thinking,put forward countermeasures,provide a reference for future reform of official reception.
