The Ideological and political work is the "lifeline" of public security work,the magic weapon to improve combat effectiveness,and the guarantee to ensure the Party's absolute leadership and the realization of public security responsibility.Reviewing the history,to strengthen team building through the promotion of trust has continuously evolved with the establishment and development of public security organs.Especially in the new century,the issue of trust in the grass-roots team building is more prominent.To enhance combat effectiveness by improving the police identity has become a general consensus in the grassroots public security organs.From the initial unconscious scattered measures to later consciously established management system,the trust mechanism of Ideological and political work has gradually improved and taken some effects.However,with the development of economy and society,the ideological and political work of the grass-roots public security organs has gradually appeared far away from the situation in current stage.Innovative research is imminent in making the direction clear,innovating the concept and mechanism,and improving the methodIf the "period of rapid development and contradiction highlights" is a significant feature of the first ten years in the new century,after the 18 th CPC National Congress,in 2012,the "New Economical Normal" has become the logic to review and analysis modern issues.In order to be targeted,the innovation research on grass-roots public security ideological and political work must profoundly grasp the characteristics of China's economic and social development,and conduct a comprehensive analysis of the status quo of grass-roots public security team.In this paper,based on the "New Normal" against the new features of grass-roots public security organs in the new era,the author uses the trust theory to fully analyze the trust phenomena widely affecting work effectiveness encountered by the current grass-roots team,and interpret in-depth the trust problems.By exploring the current problems,and finding out what these problems will inspire us in the theoretical framework,she ultimately provide a direct theoretical basis and practical guidance for building the grass-roots security trust mechanism.
