Countermeasures To The Investigation Of Rural Burglaries

Burglary,a common type of property crime,has higher incidence and wider harmful consequence while the perniciousness is not equal to that of violent crime which has brought serious potential threat to rural social security,thereby affecting daily life and construction of new socialist countryside.In this paper,the research is divided into 4 parts.Firstly,it expounds the basic concept of burglary and discusses the current situation and characteristics in countryside.Secondly,by using the theories of criminal law,sociology and criminology,the author analyzes the causes of the high incidence of burglary crime in rural areas through the comparison between urban and rural areas.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the existing problems of the public security by the way of empirical investigation.Finally,combined with the relevant theory of criminal investigation and the specific practice of the investigation department,this paper puts forward some countermeasures.The author discovers that the crime of burglary in rural areas is increasingly rampant due to the light sentencing law,weak rural social defense,the relevant departments to combat ineffective and other reasons.The public security organs in the investigation of such cases is also facing many problems.Here we provide an perspective of lakeside district where farmer's weak legal consciousness,poor scene investigation environment,insufficient police force,limited logistical fund security and so on to bring the difficulty to the handling cases.Therefore,according to the above problems and practice,the author puts forward corresponding countermeasures including site investigation,legal advocacy,regional multi police cooperation,scientific use of the case chase intercept,the months of waiting,rational use of video surveillance and other traditional investigative measures in the field of rural,hoping to provide a reference for the public security organs to combat the crime of theft in rural areas,to create a safe and stable social environment for the rural people,and to contribute to the promotion of social harmony in rural areas.
