Research On Corruption And Countermeasure Of Party And Government Leading Secretaries

During the continuing development of our society,the secretaries of the leaders in the Party and the government organizations are required to hone their comprehensive skill sets as they are playing a more and more important role.Party secretary of corruption in recent years corruption cases have occurred,the Secretary himself close to the power core of the convenience and the advantage of the information asymmetry,in a sneaky way to corruption,for their own interests,which seriously damage the broad masses of the people and the interests of the country.In the hope of building a clean and honest administration,we hope to bring forward some anti-corruption measures based on our research.This paper focuses on the research of the Secretary of corruption,the course of the study will be based on the prospect theory to analysis in recent years all is revealed about the party secretary in secretarial positions during the corruption,seeking common points of the crime,and finally find out the fundamental reason for the Secretary to rush into danger.Instead of focusing on the community of our civil servants,we lay our emphasis on the corruption problem within the secretaries specifically.After digging into several announced cases and analyzing the stigma and cause of the corruption,we propose to construct independent anti-corruption establishment to put these misconduct in full disclosure and improve our legal system,especially to supervise secretaries' power through professionalization,limit its power and responsibility,put its position in good order,and establish rules and regulations governing the power of secretaries,so as to reduce the risk of corruption and avoid the recurrence of similar corruption.
