Study On The Contemporary Value Of Lenin's Political Will

Lenin's "political will" is Lenin's concentrated exploration of the socialist construction ofthe Soviet Union after the New Economic Policy.Although it has not been put into practice at all,it is still useful for the socialist construction of other countries.The study on Lenin's "political will" is gradually increasing since the reform and opening-up.There is still no universal definition on "political will".This paper mainly uses Bukharin's definition of Lenin's "political will" and begins to study.The paper firstly combs the writing background,basic contents and historical significance of Lenin's "political will".It was written in January and March of 1921.During the implementation of the New Economic Policy,Lenin saw the bureaucratic problems and divisions in the Party at that time,and began to systematically think about the socialist construction of the Soviet Union.Lenin proposed the exploration taken the cultural construction as emphasis,the conception taken cooperation ownership as the main bridge and the way to conduct political reform by making full use of Party's Supervisory Commission,forming the framework of Soviet socialist construction.Besides,Lenin believed that the socialist construction in backward countries must have the characteristics of long-term and complex coexistence,emphasis and comprehensiveness,and the connection between practice and people,thus providing reference for the backward counties.On the basis of the main content of Lenin's "political will" and the experience of socialist construction with Chinese characteristics,this paper reveals the contemporary value of Lenin's "political will" on the basic standpoint,view and method of Marxism.First of all,Chinese socialist construction should adhere to the basic judgments of the primary stage of socialism and recognize it's current difficulties and challenges,adhering to the unity of phase with process.Secondly,the socialist construction with Chinese characteristics should adhere to the overall layout of the "five in one" and promote the "four comprehensiveness" strategic layout,insisting that the socialist construction parts are in harmony with the whole.Finally,the socialist construction with Chinese characteristics should deepen the reform,let people have more sense of achievement and take targeted measures to help people lift themselves out of poverty,adhering the socialist reform and the people in harmony.
