Study On The Cultivation And Development Of College Student Party Members From The Perspective Of Comprehensive And Strict Management Of The Party

In 2014,Xi Jinping,the general secretary of China put forward the "comprehensive and strict management of the party" for the first time in Jiangsu,which rose the management of the party to a new level.The Sixth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China comprehensively analyzed the situation and tasks faced by the ruling party in a comprehensive manner and considered and adopted the "Several Guidelines on the Political Life of the Party in the New Situation" and the "Regulations on Inner-Party Supervision of the Communist Party of China" to make a new major deployment.During the past three years,it has carried out mass-line practice education activities,three stricts and three steadies thematic education activities and studies on the theoretical and practical issues of party building learning and education activities,which has deepened and expanded the scope of the party.It has put forward higher requirements of the development and cultivation of college students party members.As an important component of the party members,college students party members enjoys a large number,and the quality of which has a very direct affect to the comprehensive and strict management of the party.So the study of comprehensive and strict governance of party members from the perspective of training and development work has important theoretical and practical significance.In the perspective of comprehensive and strict rule of the party,the Cultivation and Development of college student party members should take the initiative to adapt to the new target and requirements.This paper analyzes the Cultivation and Development of university student party members from the theoretical review,the present situation and problems and the countermeasures of cultivating and developing the work of college student party members.This paper also puts forward the new ideas,new tasks and new standards of college students 'development and training,and puts forward the thought of combining the theory of party building with college students' ideological and political education.In view of the shortcomings of the current development of college student party members,this paper puts forward some suggestions on implementing the requirements,further improving the quality of college students 'party members and consolidating the achievement of development of college students' party members.In the course of the research,the paper comprehensively uses the research methods of literature research and case analysis,systematically combs the development and practice of comprehensive and strict management of the party,and analyzes the new requirements of college student party members under the new background.Combining the ideological and political education theory with party education,from the two identities of college students and college students party members,to enhance the level of college student party members training and development.
