Research On The Psychological Training Of The Junior Command Officer Cadets In Military Academies

Nowadays,with the further development of military reform in the world,there exist fundamental changes in the forms of war.The space,destructiveness,suddenness and complexity of wars grow larger than before,which poses an unprecedented challenge for the psychological quality of soldiers.Junior command officers are the important component of the solider team and the foundation of the construction of soldier team,so improving the research on the psychological training of the officer cadets in the military academies in China is of key theoretical value and of practical guiding significance to improving the psychological quality and training system of the junior command talents and increasing the training efficiency of new military talents.This paper adopted methods such as literature research,comparative research,survey research and mathematical analysis to study the psychological training of the junior command officer cadets in the military academies.It illustrated the necessity of improving the psychological training of the junior command officer cadets in the military academies as well as systematically reviewed and summarized the current research situations at home and abroad.By analyzing and explaining the basic concepts of junior command officer cadets and the psychological training of soldiers,it defined the concept of the psychological training of junior command officer cadets in the military academies and analyzed its essential connotations,major characteristics and theoretical basis.Based on investigating the current situations of the psychological training of the junior command officer cadets in the military academies,it targeted at the major contradictions and problems existing in the psychological training in military academies and constructs a preliminary system of psychological training for them.Finally,starting from problems closely related to the psychological training of the junior command officer cadets in the military academies,it put forward measures such as enhancing the theoretical research and experimental argumentation of the psychological training of the cadets in the military academies,improving laws and regulations related to it,perfecting the construction of its guarantee conditions,constructing its effect evaluation system and strengthening the construction of its talent team so as to offer some theoretical references for our military academies in terms of the cultivation of junior command talents under the new circumstances.
