Research On The Training Of Military Training Regulations For The Junior Command Officer Cadets

Nowadays,in the period of building and promoting a socialist country under the rule of law,the Chinese army is comprehensively ruling the army according to the law.As the basement and major platform for military talent training,the military academy is responsible for the military theory and skills improvement of the junior command officer cadets,so that the country and the army would be strictly ruled by law.The paper analyzed the necessity and significance of the strengthen of the junior command officer cadets training,and summarizes the current situation of the research done in and outside China.To define the concept of the training of the military regulations for the junior command officer cadets,analyze and compare the relationship between the concept of military training regulations for the junior command officer cadets,legal literacy and the rule of law,the formation rules,the important function and the theoretical basis of the military training regulations for the junior command officer cadets are deeply analyzed.Based the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the military training regulations for the junior command officer cadets,construct the target system,content system and the main way of the training of the military training regulations for the junior command officer cadets.Finally,the paper puts forward four suggestions to strengthen the training of the military training regulations for the junior command officer cadets.The construction of the junior command officer cadets military training regulations literacy training mode,to improve the junior command officer cadets regulations of military training quality,the optimization process of primary command personnel training,enhance the military talent level of the rule of law,has a certain theoretical value and strong practical significance.
