| The agricultural transferring population has the dual identity in the urban society.They are both the "dissident people" at the edge of urban heterogeneity and in the background of modern culture,and an important part of urban and rural association,embodying the concept of urban inclusion and mutual development.The urbanization of agricultural transferring population is the general trend in the urbanization in China.The problem of urban integration in citizenization is not only the issue of economic integration and political integration,but also should not be confined to the problem of social integration in a single horizon,but the urban integration in the cultural sense that is companied with the double adaptation to the urban and rural cultures,the remodeling of the citizenship awareness and the construction of psychological attribution.At present,there are relatively few literatures on the problem of urban integration of agricultural transferring population from the perspective of cultural observation,and most of the existing research focuses on theoretical interpretation and lacks field study.This paper,choosing the agricultural transferring population in a specific area of Qingdao as its research object,taking the urban cultural integration of the agricultural transferring population as the research dimension,by means of combining the questionnaire survey and the field interview to make an in-depth analysis of the present situation and existing problems of the cultural integration in the process of citizenization of the agricultural transferring population in Qingdao,based on the theories of social identity and self-identity,social exclusion,cultural shock,and cultural latency.The study shows that some achievements have been made in the citizenization of agricultural transferring population in Qingdao,but the urban cultural integration in the process of citizenization still has the following problems: the pressure from living in cities of the transferring population is prominent,and their social roles are virtual;their cultural life is isolated,and they have strong "semi-citizenship awareness",accompanied with the binary separation of "occupation" and "identity",resulting in the gapping in urban adaptation;as well as lack of cultural capital,and the weakness in heterogeneous cultural integration.In view of this,based on the analysis of the results of the field investigation of the investigated area of Qingdao,combined with the cultural measures and enlightenment of American immigrants’ integration,this study puts forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions on the issue of cultural integration in the citizenization of the agricultural transferring population in Qingdao from the perspectives of government,society and individual,such as the elimination of the urban and rural binary opposition,weakening the heterogeneity of the "city’s cornered zone";strengthening the urban and rural cultural dialogue,to build the emotional framework for "re-socialization";turning the concept of urban integration,and reinforcing the multi basis of the "endogenous development".It is expected to provide reference for the study of cultural integration in the future citizenization of the agricultural transferring population. |
