Study On The Modular Of Elderly Health Care Facility Of Community In Guangzhou

With the development of aging society in China,how to fully play the role of the community elderly service facilities and meet the needs of the elderly through efficient planning and design in the future urban community has become an important issue in the current architectural and planning subject.Guangzhou has entered the moderate aging society,although the urban elderly facilities are very scarce.Health problems of the aging come with the growing aged population,which have a serious impact on the life of the old people.In order to enable the elderly to "be raised and live happy",the construction of elderly care facilities will be an indispensable part of the community public service system.This research aims to investigate factors linking with the demand of the old-age care service,in order to accumulate empirical data for improving community elderly care facilities,By analyzing the experience of relevant cases,combining the characteristics of building industrialization and relevant standards of building for aged,we put forward the module design of elderly health care facilities and its combination pattern,then evaluate the price,schedule and energye fficiency to verify whether the schemes of design and construction are applicative and practical,to provide reference for its planning and construction and the establishment of relevant regulations in the future.This thesis is composed of six parts.Part 1 is an introduction of the background,value,and the purpose of the research,the current research in China and abroad,and the framework of thesis.Part 2 is the summary about the characteristic of the elderly and the current situation of the development of home-based care in Guangzhou.Part 3 is the summary about survey of usage mode and demand of eelderly health care facilities of residential community in Guangzhou,which is based on questionnaire and interview.Part 4 is the design of community elderly health care facility standard module and combined pattern,according to the survey data and the experience of the relevant cases.Part 5 is the strategy of the community elderly health care module based on BIM techonology,through the factors of price,schedule and energye fficiency.Part 6 is the summary of the community elderly health care module.
