A Study On The Recommendation Of Elderly Care Services Based On The Ability Characteristics Of The Elderly At Home In The Community

At present,the degree of aging in China is becoming more and more serious,which brings huge challenges to the traditional care mode.In the reality of excessive pressure on traditional family pension and insufficient social pension resources,community home-based care,which conforms to the traditional habits and family concepts of Chinese people and integrates government,community and third-party service resources,has become a realistic choice for elderly in the new era.However,at present,there are va rious shortcomings such as single service content and low service efficiency in community home-based elderly care,which makes it difficult to meet the diverse needs of the elderly.Therefore,it is an urgent problem to be solved in community home-based elderly care services to accurately identify the elderly care needs and realize personalized elderly care service recommendation.Existing research shows that the ability of the elderly are the main factors affecting the demand for elderly care services.Therefore,this thesis studies the recommendation of personalized elderly care services based on the ability of the elderly of community home-based care.The research work mainly includes the following two aspects:(1)Research on the ability characteristic index system of the elderly of community home-based care.The elderly of community home-based care have the characteristics of scattered living places,wide range of activities,trivial living needs and so on.Therefore,based on the existing ability characteristic standards of the elderly and the research literatures at home and abroad,this thesis determines the ability characteristic index system of community home-based elderly care,which is composed of 8 first-class indicators and 21 second-class indicators using Delphi expert consultation method.Then,the specific evaluation items of each secondary indicator are further analyzed,and the grade classification standard of each secondary indicator is determined according to the Barthel Index Rating Scale,IADL Assessment Scale,Self-rating Depression Scale CES-D10,Mini-Mental State Examination Scale(MMSE),etc.(2)Research on the elderly care services recommendation based on the ability of the elderly.In view of the situation that the ability of the elderly are mostly ordinal classification attributes,an improved K-Prototypes algorithm that contains a large number of ordinal classification attributes is proposed.The experiments on UCI data sets show that the improved K-Prototypes algorithm has significantly improved the clustering accuracy and effectiveness compared with the previous algorithm.Then,elderly care services recommendation is researched based on this improved K-Prototypes algorithm.Experiments on the CHARLS dataset show that the algorithm has better performance in accuracy,coverage and time efficiency of elderly care service recommendations.
