Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Community Home-based Elderly Care Service In Wuhua District

According to the results of the 7th national population census,the proportion of the population over 60 years old in our country has already exceeded 18%.This shows that the current population ageing trend has become inevitable,both the 20 th party congress and the fifteen th plan of the Communist Party of China(CPC)have made important plans for the future development of the old-age industry from the top-level design.The traditional old-age care model can no longer meet the basic needs of the elderly,including material needs and spiritual needs.Thus,now,the community home care service for the aged has become an effective supplement to the old-age care in our country,and has begun to mount the stage of the old-age care service.Many elderly people hope to receive quality care in their later years,and family is the traditional concept of Getting Home that Chinese elderly people have always relied on,therefore,this multi-subject participation,multi-party cooperative supply of the elderly service model has become the first choice for many elderly people,to solve the current plight of the elderly in our country has a unique advantage.This paper takes Wuhua District of Kunming City as an example.As Wuhua District is the core area of the traditional main city where Kunming developed earlier,there are 1.143 million registered residence in the whole district,and 171900 elderly people over 60 years old,accounting for 15.3% of the total registered residence in the whole district.It has entered a deep aging process,and the elderly population growing year by year needs more and more elderly care,medical care,social services,etc.This paper,while referring to the domestic and foreign literature on community home-based elderly care services,adopts the methods of questionnaire and interview to carry out a survey on the elderly and other relevant subjects,studies the development status of community home-based elderly care services in Wuhua District from multiple aspects,and uses the data obtained from questionnaire surveys and interviews to conduct data analysis on supply and demand.Through an analysis of the supply and demand of community home-based elderly care services in the region,it was found that there are some problems in community home-based elderly care in Wuhua District,which are manifested in: inadequate infrastructure for the integration of commercial and elderly care,insufficient planning and utilization of "medical and elderly care resources," low education in elderly care services,and a lack of attention to the spiritual demand for "utilizing surplus heat".Through research on the problems,the main causes of the above problems were analyzed,including: insufficient use of PPP mode The planning of the big health industry is lagging behind,talent incentives are insufficient,and there are deficiencies in the diversified participation pattern.Finally,strategies and suggestions were proposed to build a smart elderly care platform through PPP mode,strengthen infrastructure through the integration of business and elderly care,create a talent pool for "Five Hua Family Care",and enrich spiritual culture through the integration of industry,academia,and research.It is hoped that the level of community home care services in Weicheng District can be further improved.
