The Research On The Government Guidance Strategy For Charitable Activities Of Religious Organizations Of Guangdong Province

Guide and support the religious organizations to carry out charitable activities actively,not only the inevitable requirement of the new situation and implement the party's religious policy to guide the religion adapt to socialist society,but also the important way to promote the various religions common good tradition,and get the religious people playing a positive role in society.Guangdong Province is the front and window of China's reform and opening up,the Pearl River Delta region is one of the most developed areas of China's coastal economy.,The religious organizations of Guangdong Province based on such a good location advantage,play a such positive role in promoting economic and social development,especially in the participation and the establishment of social charity,and have accumulated some typical practices and representative experiences.Since the chinese government issue a policy "to encourage and regulate the religious community engaged in charitable activities " in 2012,the religious philanthropy in Guangdong Province has made great progress,there are a lot of innovation in all aspects of content,form and management,but there has also been some new problems,bottlenecks and difficulties.This paper chooses the religious organizations in Guangdong province carrying out charitable activities as the starting point,introduces its basic situation,summarizes its main characteristics and difficulties.Then,introduces the religious department of the Guangdong provincial government how to guide religious organizations to carry out charitable activities and it's achievements,shortcomings,and summarizes the overseas advanced experience and practice,and then puts forward that the government should stand in the innovation of social management from promoting the socialization process of religious charity,straighten out the relevant departments of the division of responsibilities,strengthen the top-level design and legal support,refine the existing policies,establish the religious legal system,perfecting religious charity registration system,help to solve practical problems,to strengthen social supervision and internal control,to further guidance and support of the religious organizations to carry out charitable activities.
