Charitable Organizations In The Community Development Model Research

Charity in China had been being developed swiftly and strongly after China's Charity Federation was founded in April,1994, which was the first civilian charity organization in China. Nowadays, Charity in China is developing into socialization. The charitable organizations have been founded here and there around China, and their developments are facing privatization, institutionization, professionalization, systematization. Especially under the stimulation of the WenChuan violent earthquake and the Beijing Olympic in 2008, Chinese charitable organizations grow up rapidly, but comparing with the developed countries in the west, Chinese charity are still at the starting point, and its developing bottleneck is commonly lacking right regulation and government, it embodies the morbidity of the society charity developing mechanism, the mixed-up boundary between state and society, the loss of cooperation mechanism. Along with the advancement of our charities, through the endeavor of Chinese government, the enterprises and the third sectors, charity efforts in China will getting more better and sound.This dissertation takes the development of charitable supermarket of GanQuan Street, PuTuo District, ShangHai as example, makes research on the pattern of cooperation and the developing path selection. Thus, the thesis has brought out two fundamental hypotheses:One is that the developing patterns of charity organization that dominated by the government has some problems and need to reform. Another is that the bottleneck of the development of Charity in China is lacking of regulations and governments, and the breakthrough should be on the cooperative governing.Based on these two basic hypotheses, two main viewpoints are as below:One is that the cooperation relationship among the multi-subjects is beneficial to driving development of charitable organizations. In order to achieve the complementary system of advantages, a kind of cooperation system that based on the market principle, common benefit and social identity can be established, through a kind of confirmation and identification on cooperation, negotiation and fellowship that implement the administration of social charities. Another is that insisting on the cooperation governance network of autonomy and common management, thus to realize multi-centre coordination development and eventually to form a developed social charities network.
