A Study On Students' Learning Burnout Of Police Colleges

Police colleges students' learning situation is directly related to the quality of the public security education.Learning burnout is an indicator of public security colleges and universities students learning situation.Previous studies mainly focused on the general education of college students' learning burnout problem,few people are concerned about the problem of college students' learning burnout of police colleges,and specifically testing tools for police colleges students' learning burnout is absent.This study based on the characteristics of police colleges students' learning burnout,and ultimately got the good formal investigation questionnaire which bear high reliability and validity.By using the questionnaire to investigate 420 students in public security university freshman year to senior year,and analyzing the influence factors of the causes of college students' learning burnout,this research put forward relevant suggestions which will relieve the learning burnout of public security college students,arouse their learning enthusiasm.The main research conclusions are as follows:1.The public security universities students' learning burnout are at middle level,mood problem is most severe in three dimensions.2.Different groups police colleges students' learning burnout level are different.Differences gender,significant difference was found in the overall level,emotional appearance and accomplishment dimensions,the difference of behavior appearance was not significant.Different grade,the difference between freshman and sophomore students are significant on overall level and emotional appearance,the difference of the other two grade are not significant;significant difference between freshman and junior,as well as freshman and senior was found in accomplishment dimensions,in behavior appearance,there is a significant difference between freshman and other three grades.Different family economic status,family economic status students in general and economically well-behaved students differ significantly in their sense of accomplishment.3.Six influential factors has good predictive power,the importance of explaining learning burnout in turn order is learning atmosphere,school management,learning attitude,interpersonal relationship,learning ability,family situation.Learning environment,school management,learning attitude,learning ability are positively correlated to learning burnout,...
